May 30 STAYING WITH THE TRUTH: THE TRUE PLAN
I Timothy 4:1 “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;”
In today’s society, people don’t know in what to believe. However, there is a true God with a solid plan for our lives. We enter this world with nothing and we will leave with nothing. Therefore, the only thing we can hold on to is the Truth. Let’s continue to stay strong in the true plan of salvation, for God has promised eternal life if we remain faithful.

May 29 STAYING WITH THE TRUTH: STAYING DEAF
2 Timothy 4:3 “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;”
We often say a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound doctrine. That time is now! People are following their fleshly desires and are looking for preachers and teachers who will tell them what they want to hear. Stay with the truth that comes from the Word of God. Close your ears to anything that is not from the Word of God.

May 28 STAYING WITH THE TRUTH: JESUS-THE SURE WAY
Psalm 119:105 “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”
Jesus is the “word became flesh,” “the light of the world,” “the way, the truth and the life.” When we live according to the Word, we’re walking on a sure path. The light of Jesus shines all around us, even around our feet to illuminate anything in our path that might cause us to fall. Oh, thank God for the surety of His provisions! Let us continually humble ourselves as we walk in the light of His Word for therein is eternal life (John 6:68).”

May 27 STAYING WITH THE TRUTH: HOLD TO GOD’S UNCHANGING HAND
2 Timothy 3:13-14 “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;”
Who would have ever believed some of the things we are seeing and facing at this time. The heart of man has become so wicked until it is unimaginable. We, as saints of God, must remember the principles of God. “Wherefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip” (Hebrews 2:1).

May 26 STAYING WITH THE TRUTH: SURRENDER AND BE FREE
John 8:32 “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
Sometimes we allow the cares of life and things we fight with to wither our faith and hinder us. We let those cares drain us of God’s words which were spoken to us through His Word. But if you’ll just surrender and trust God to release and heal you from what is holding you bound, you will find truth in His Word and be free of what is hindering you from the truth. Surrender and be free!

May 25 STAYING WITH THE TRUTH: HAVING A CLEAR CONSCIENCE
Psalm 119:16 “I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.”
Getting baptized in Jesus’ name and being filled with the Holy Ghost was the best thing that ever happened to me. This means that I have the Truth living down on the inside of me which is the Word. God is His Word. We, as Holy Ghost-filled saints, must continue to fast, pray, and read our Bibles to stay with the Truth and maintain a clear conscience.

May 24 STAYING WITH THE TRUTH: THE POWER OF GOD’S WORD
Psalm 119:9 “Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.”
The Bible declares in 2 Timothy 3:16-17 that in the last days, it is going to be a challenge to be a Christian. People will love themselves and their money and will become proud, boastful, sneering at God; disobedient to their parents; ungrateful, and thoroughly bad. We can obtain and maintain a life that is pure and that will keep us on the right path. When we immerse ourselves, cover ourselves, and saturate ourselves in His Word, it will keep us on a godly path; for God’s Word provides light to guide us on our path. Saints let the power of God’s Word teach, lead, guide, influence, and correct us, so that we can live a victorious and holy life.

May 23 STAYING WITH THE TRUTH: REMAIN UNMOVABLE
I Corinthians 15:58, “Therefore my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”
As saints, we are the light of the world. We were saved from our sins so that we may reign with Christ. To see the kingdom of God, we must live a saved life in order to keep our crown. No matter what obstacle we face or hurdle we encounter, remain unmovable in the work of the Lord so that we will receive our reward in Heaven.

May 22 STAYING WITH THE TRUTH: AWESOME GOD
Psalm 18:30 “As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.”
God’s Word has stood all tests. It is proven to stand victoriously to shield, protect and preserve all who trust and have refuge in Him.

May 21 STAYING WITH THE TRUTH: HOW TO BE MADE FREE
Psalm 19:8 “The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.”
If we strive to listen and to obey the Word of God, we can’t help but stay with the Truth. Often, we try to do things our way and not listen to the voice of God; this leads us in the wrong direction. But if we just honor and hearken to His Word, we will always stay in the Truth! The Bible declares, “The truth shall make you free (John 8:32).” If we just follow Jesus, we’ll be in the Truth and made free!
